By accessing our website or installing the Stick Player application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Software Application Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Stick Player is strictly a media player software tool. Stick Player does NOT host, provide, sell, distribute, or contain any video streams, IPTV playlists, live channels, movies, TV shows, or copyright-protected content of any kind.
2. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use
- Users are solely responsible for providing their own lawful content sources (Xtream Codes API details or M3U playlist URLs).
- Users agree not to use Stick Player to play, stream, or distribute illegal or unauthorized copyright-infringing content.
- Stick Player developers and affiliates carry zero liability for content loaded or streamed through the player application.
3. License & Activation
Stick Player licenses are granted per hardware device (identified by MAC Address). License purchases activate app features for the specified period (e.g. 1 Year or Lifetime). Licenses are non-transferable between unrelated hardware devices unless authorized by support.
4. Service Availability & Updates
We continuously update Stick Player to improve performance, codec compatibility, and user interface features. We reserve the right to modify software features or conduct maintenance on website synchronization servers as necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stick Player be liable for stream buffering, server downtime caused by third-party IPTV providers, or network disruptions beyond our control.
